Patients are responsible for any co-pays or deductibles due at the time of service.
We also accept uninsured patients; however, the full payment for services, labwork, etc. are due at the time of service.

If you have received a bill from another agency (lab company, imaging center, etc.) please contact that entity directly as we are unable to provide assistance on a bill for services not performed directly by us.
